Prayer and Meditation is the foundation to our program. Let us pray continuously to God before our desire to use comes upon us and when those feelings of anger or using comes. Let us meditate on these things... |

This program is for anyone that wants to stop using drugs and learn to manage their anger. For this program to truly help you, you must be willing to read all of the material that the facilitators give to you in the binders. The Five Steps deal with not only why we use drugs but also why it is important to change our diet as well. Once a person understands the make-up of their body they can better understand how to overcome their addiction of being chemically dependent. |
